I exercise full oversight of the pedagogical lifecycle for EDI staff development, from the commissioning of bespoke training programs to the evaluation of specialised initiatives. My role serves as the primary bridge between executive governance and the student experience, where I manage different budgets, provide expert secretariat support to senior committees, and organise multi-channel communication strategies. In addition, I deliver classes and workshops, conduct research, and provide supervision for student projects. My work integrates operational excellence with pedagogical impact, ensuring a research-informed and equity-driven service model.
